The archives are temporarily down due to a rebuild of some datastructures, and a vacuum full. Errors will come up as "backend fetch failed" meanwhile. (Already cached messages that somebody looked at recently will keep on working)
We expect them to be back shortly.
Services should now be fully back again. It took a bit longer than expected, because we ran out of disk space :)
