Could someone that has sent emails through the commitfest app like
that before send one telling people to move their patches? I would do
it myself but I'm pretty sure that my DKIM/SPF settings are not set up
to allow the following:

Ugh. I had allowed myself to forget about that one :/ We really need to fix that thing so it uses a noreply to send from. But that will of course not be done in time for *this* round...

One thing that should work is to send it from an account with the actual postgresql.org domain on it.  If we have a bike-shedded text ready I can look at sending it out tomorrow.
