Perhaps you can temporarily enable keep_error_builds, and send in
src/interfaces/ecpg/preproc/c_kwlist_d.h
src/interfaces/ecpg/preproc/pgc.c
src/interfaces/ecpg/preproc/preproc.h
src/interfaces/ecpg/preproc/ecpg_kwlist_d.h
src/interfaces/ecpg/preproc/preproc.c
from the failed build directory? It seems something there have to differ.
