Welcome to the world of moderation! Our Row Pattern Recognition patches have been hitting the size filter since late February -- it's a sign that you're working on one of the biggest features for PostgreSQL. Wear it as a badge of honor. :)
By the way, the email itself is delivered to subscribers regardless of moderation -- only the mailing list archive and cfbot processing are delayed. So I don't think you need to resend.
