List psycopg
Apparently Mac OS X has a similar tool, allowing to create a package
including all the libs needed. There are plenty of references from
https://github.com/MacPython/numpy-wheels

I would be very interested in releasing similar packages for Mac OS X
too, which can be done with Travis, and why not automate building the
Windows wheels too, which can be done using appveyor.

Is there anyone experienced in these platforms who would like to help
with this project?

(BTW, thank you very much, Jason, for uploading Windows wheels for
Python 3.6: I just noticed them).
