Looks like your TEMP environment variable is not properly set.

Can you please tell me what is the output of this command: "echo %TEMP%"?

If it is not properly set, please set it to "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp".

Then try to run the installer.

Do you have read/write permission in that directory?

I have tried to check for WSH which is enabled,run as administrator without success.

What could be the problem?
