Thanks - patch applied with a couple of minor fixes to variable placeholders (one had been translated, the other switched from %s to %d). This puts the current status for Polish at:

1748 of 1750 messages (99%) translated in pgadmin/translations/pl/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po

(there has been active work fixing some strings over the last few days).
