If there are no objections from either of the Hiroshi's, I'll do this
in a day or so (I'm travelling, so can't be more specific at the
moment I'm afraid).

You can probably guess that I think we should do it ASAP, but I'm not
actively working on psqlODBC these days so it's really not my
decision. Hiroshi/Hiroshi - what do you think?
