The new build is going through QA at the moment - it should be out in
the next week or so.

The recommended way to get packages from SB for servers without an
internet connection is to run SB normally on a machine of the same
architecture that is connected and then when the package downloads
have completed, check the "Skip installation" option and complete the
wizard. You can then pick up the installers from the download
directory.
