I'm not sure what "dfsg" is, but yes, libwxgtk3 implies wxWidgets 3.x.
Our code builds with that, but is largely untested as most people use
wxWidgets 2.8. I did just try a build using wxGTK3 3.0.2 on CentOS
though, and it seems to work fine to me.
