If prospect participant is going to bring their poster to Montreal themself (or hand via friends) - it’s good to have
onconf venue on May 13, so I can put it on walls before conf starts. This is most preferred way.

For participants that cannot hand their posters to Montreal I’m going to print their posters on May 8th before my
flightto Canada. If something does not go smoothly, probably, I’ll be able to print in Montreal, but I’m considering
thisas an edge case.

Anyway, it’s good to express interest and intention to draw poster by next week, so I can estimate demand.

Off-list response to this thread is fine. Or, perhaps, any email to me would work too. I think I’ll create a Telegram
chatfor quick feedback and so that I can show how posters look on the wall.

I made my poster in portrait orientation. I do not know how exactly I’ll be able to display posters on the conf venue,
sothere is no clear preference. I hope I wont need to hang posters rotated by 90 degrees.

Speaking about poster format, I’ve chosen A2 as a very safe option. A2s are easy to bring and hang, unlike A1 and A0.
ButI’m afraid that they are too small to accommodate all the details in big letters and pictures...

I’d suppose white background can save a lot of ink :) I’ve inverted colors of logo from the website, PFA. But I’m too
farfrom design to call any graphics of my production “official”. Also logo from the website lacks year, and I do not
knowwhich type is used to produce the logo...

Thank you for your questions!
