Should those return bytea and citext, respectively? IOW, are these  
right?

CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION citextrecv(bytea)
RETURNS citext
AS 'textrecv'
LANGUAGE 'internal' IMMUTABLE STRICT;

CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION citextsend(citext)
RETURNS bytea
AS 'textsend'
LANGUAGE 'internal' IMMUTABLE STRICT;
