Required skills:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Strong knowledge in the administration of relational DataBase Systems (at least 7 years of professional experience)

• Working experience with performance monitoring and tuning

• Knowledge of best practice of securing Database systems and of threat monitoring

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Hands on experience with point-in-time recovery and classical backup/restore scenarios

• Speaking and writing English fluently

• Ability to work in a small, intense, international and high-growth start-up environment

• Understanding of database architecture and design

• Working with ETL (extract, transform, load) systems or data conversion

• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

• Working with read-replicas and/or DataBase clusters

• Experience with cloud services

• Knowledge of Linux servers

• Working with state-of-the-art technology and big databases
