List pgsql-bugs

Hello,

I would like to report that during installation of Postgresql (9.6.23) if a MS Root Certificate is not detected a pop up stating user needs to install certificate with expiration date of 22-MAY-2036 but the actual date of the cert is 22-MARCH-2036. I believe MAY should be MARCH. This typo causes problems for users as we try to find a certificate that does not exist. Please make correction.

Thank you,

Bic Nguyen
