Hi

I try to install the latest pgAdmin4 (Windows) with this file pgadmin4-3.0-x86.exe (2018-04-11 13:00:30) from https://www.pgadmin.org/download/ on a Windows Server. Can you help with the error in the attached file. – I have tried to reinstall.
