It's hard for PostgreSQL to administrate and serve a database with over 150GB of information?
It's complicated to backup and restore a database with this size?
It's there a program or a procedure to backup and restore this kind of databases?
What operating system do you recommend to use (Windows 2003 or Linux Ubuntu)?
