The problem here, is how we'd define a "family" project of course.
We'd need to keep the numbers low to be manageable. The benefits I
imagine would be:

- Ability to upload files to the FTP site via ssh.
- @postgresql.org mailing lists.
- Use of git.postgresql.org for the primary repo.
