    Is there a location in the manual that tells how to change the
abstime (date/time field) from outputting in the format yyyy-mm-dd to
mm-dd-yyyy? The reference guide talks about an option for displaying in
European time but the doc says that changes from mm-dd-yyyy to dd-mm-yyyy;
the year is always last in both instances. It'd like the year to be last in
US format, is that specified in one of the manuals? I've got two of them
here.

Thanks for any pointers,
Mike
