Try adding a ./ in front of configure.

> # configure
./configure --enable-multibyte --with-python --with-perl --with-CXX --with-openssl --prefix=$Prefix --sysconfdir=/etc
--datadir=/usr/share--mandir=/usr/share/man --docdir=$Prefix/share/doc/$pkg-$version
