I guess emails with certain attachments get rejected by the list, but
I didn't get any error from majordomo.

It was in reference to the A4 version of the documentation for 8.4.4
(http://www.postgresql.org/files/documentation/pdf/8.4/postgresql-8.4.4-A4.pdf)
Examples are on page 82, 158, 202, 451 and 1034.
