The new version of the driver should be available precompiled soon
(hopefully tomorrow morning) - the delay has been caused because there has
been work done improving the server configuration. I think Hiroshi means
that his development plans for the driver have had to change because of the
direction the server is going - certainly psqlodbc.dll isn't just going to
vanish!
