A new animal, because we're not supporting every build option. On the
non-live branches you really only want:
--enable-debug --enable-cassert --enable-nls
--enable-tap-tests --with-perl
You can make it share the same storage as your existing animal (godwit and crake do this). The client is smart enough
tomanage locks of several animals appropriately.
