Thanks for helping. Here's the recovery.conf file:

standby_mode= 'on'
trigger_file = '/tmp/standby.trg'
archive_cleanup_command = '/usr/pgsql-9.2/bin/pg_archivecleanup 
/ComplianceDB/data/pg_xlog/ %r'
