Hi Bruce, I attempted to compile libpq with two different versions of the Borland (Embarcadero) bcc32 compiler. The free version of bcc32.exe (ver 5.5.1) produces the following output: MAKE Version 5.2 Copyright (c) 1987, 2000 Borland Building the Win32 DLL and Static Library...
