iodbc x unixodbc - Mailing list pgsql-odbc

What the diferences between iodbc and unixodbc for the postgresql?
Some document to prove the diferences?

Other question is about versions of postgresql and psqlodbc. What
version os postgresql connect with psqlodbc driver? For example
postgresql 7.4.8 -> psqlodbc-08.00.0101.tar.gz ?
