I'm not able to become Administrator, but had the Windoz
admin verify that I had admin rights to my PC.
The install stopped at the file again, but I just did a
cancel, two more files gave the same error.
After that the install finished, and I'm able to use
the program.

Hi Pete,
Are you logged on as an Administrator? If not, can you try re-installing
as one.
I'm curious though - did the installation fail completely because of
that error? It *should* have allowed you to continue (hhctrl.ocx is only
part of the HTML Help viewer and is not that important anyway).
