Dear Support Person,

PostgreSQL builds and runs perfectly under SuSE 5.2 Linux 2.0.33, but only
if I do not build C++ modules (libpq++, in particular). The line:

#include <string>

in pgenv.h causes problems (file can't be found). I don't know how to fix
this, and have used the --without-CXX flag to avoid the problem. Any
suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks for a great product,

Philip Warner.
