I noticed on the drupal-devel mailing lists that a new postgresql
maintainer is wanted. You can view the thread at:

I'm new to drupal, so I'm probably not the best choice for the
postgresql maintainer. Maybe someone else in the postgresql community
has more experience with drupal.
