I verified that the following URLS are not pointing to the RPM files and they are causing the 404 errors:
http://yum.postgresql.org/9.1/redhat/rhel-5-x86_64/pgbadger-3.5-1.rhel5.noarch.rpm
http://yum.postgresql.org/9.1/redhat/rhel-5-x86_64/pgbadger-3.6-1.rhel5.noarch.rpm
http://yum.postgresql.org/9.1/redhat/rhel-5-x86_64/pgbadger-3.2-1.rhel5.noarch.rpm
http://yum.postgresql.org/9.1/redhat/rhel-5-x86_64/pgbadger-3.4-1.rhel5.noarch.rpm
Remaking the cache did not change this behavior as the links exist in the repository web site.

Please update your cache:
yum makecache
and then install pgbadger. We removed old packages recently.
