Problem: Cannot reposync or rsync SRPMS - Mailing list pgsql-pkg-yum

hi Everybody,
  I need to reposync or rsync the source rpms from:
http://yum.postgresql.org/srpms/9.5/redhat/rhel-6-x86_64/.  I can't.
Everytime I reposync it gives an error. Rsysnc won't work outright. Any
ideas? I can rsync the rpms fine.
Example repo:
[postgre]
name= Postgre
baseurl=http://yum.postgresql.org/srpms/9.5/redhat/rhel-6-x86_64
enabled=0
gpgcheck=0
