I tryed the version of
http://developer.pgadmin.org/snapshots/win32/pgadmin3-20060921-Win32.zip but nothing better appears.
I am still with problem to insert via pgAdmin.
Still waitting for any other suggestion ?

My procedure was rignt click on the table and choose "vew data > View all rows"
