Location for graphics for 9.4 etc. - Mailing list pgsql-www

All,

Should I be putting images, graphics files, etc. on media.postgresql.org
or developer.postgresql.org/~jberkus?  And whichever it is, can someone
remind me how to sftp to it, since both of those time out using port 22?
