postgresql93-jdbc.x86_64 - Mailing list pgsql-pkg-yum

I just installed the rpm for centos 7.
The jdbc does not show as an installable package when you do yum list.
Is this now included in the base distribution for Centos 7?  For Centos
6 it shows as a package that has to be installed.
Or as my wife says am I man scanning and just missing it.
