Skytools 3.1.5 - Mailing list pgsql-announce

We are pleased to announce new release of SkyTools 3.1.5

New walmgr command createslave, londiste's dispatch handler extended to
support sharding, new skylog's handler for TNetStrings over UDP.

Many new options, minor features, fixes and cleanups, as usual.
