I recently checked all the mirrors listed at:
http://www.postgresql.org/ftp-mirrors.html
and found a few things. All of the mirrors below were tested over multiple
days to rule out temporary network problems.

ftp.fr.postgresql.org should be:
ftp.fr.postgresql.org/pub/

ftp.cr.postgresql.org/Mirrors/postgres should be:
ftp.cr.postgresql.org/Mirrors/postgres/ftp/

ftp.jp.postgresql.org returns a "login incorrect error" consistently.

ftp.ro.postgresql.org is not reachable.

ftp.hu.postgresql.org/pub/postgresql is not reachable.

ftp.pt.postgreql.org is refusing new connections, even when tried from
multiple hosts.

ftp.za.postgresql.org has many old files (e.g. GBPGSQL-2001.iso.gz!!)
but otherwise seems fine.

ftp2.dk.postgresql.org/pub/PostgreSQL appears to linked to the wrong place.
The pub directory exists, but it looks as if "PostgreSQL" is a dead symlink.

Very Minor Nitpicks follow:

All of the ftp paths should have a trailing slash (some do, some do not).

The Latvian flag is not a very good one: the color should be more maroon and
less pink.

The Spanish flag is missing the crest.

All of the mirrors had the correct MD5 hash file for the main tarball, and
appeared to be mirroring everything they were supposed to be.
