yes, too broad, and mostly wrong target.
I find the spam is from their "abo" PTR sub/domains so block by MTA IP with
PTR domain (and child domains) of abo.wanadoo.fr.
"abo" = abonne = subscriber = dialup + DSL
... leaving, eg, smtp.wanadoo.fr, their SMTP servers, acceptable.
