Sounds like you installed them from RPM's.
If you have the RPM's still, you can run:

rpm -qpl <rpmfile>

It'll print out the files in the RPM's.

If it's already installed,

rpm -ql <rpmfile>

Produces this sort of output:

/usr/bin/createdb
/usr/bin/createlang
/usr/bin/createuser
/usr/bin/dropdb
/usr/bin/droplang
/usr/bin/dropuser
/usr/bin/pg_dump
/usr/bin/pg_dumpall
/usr/bin/psql
/usr/bin/vacuumdb
/usr/doc/postgresql-7.1
.............
