For many platforms (*ix, Win) there is pgacces
(http://www.flex.ro/pgaccess/ or the many Linux-Distributions)
I tried the download for Windows right now, but the FTP-server would not
let me connect. :-(
For Windows I have installed the ODBC-Driver. With that,
most Windows-DBs should be able to be a front end for Postgres, as long as
they can cope with
ODBC. I have not tried to many of them, but Delphi 5.0 connects well.
