Hi!

Dan Rosner requested it, and i think it a good idea, so i uploaded
the regression tests (in file regress.out) for the binary NT distribution
to the FTP server.

The Distribution can be found in ftp://129.247.96.142/PostgresNT

All tests are passed, except horology, which is prone to fail under
current cygwin releases, AFAIK.
