I can’t tell where the program got saved to in my c drive, do you know what the default file path is for downloading the pgadmin-4-8.6-x64.exe?

 

I'd imagine that depends on your browser.... websites don't have control over that sort of thing, to my knowledge. Look in your browser settings and see where it is set to save downloads.
