The command being run is output.

For some reason this machine isn't finding osx, but is finding sgml2xml. 
The configure log shows:
   checking for osx... no   checking for sgml2xml... sgml2xml


I don't know about Debian packaging - on Fedora they are in the same 
package (opensp).
