Can you be more specific about your environment?

- Exact version of Windows including edition, service pack and 32/64 bit
info
- Exact version of PostgreSQL and where you downloaded it from
- Font - lucidia *what* ? "Lucidia Console" ?
- Does the issue happen with other unicode fonts or just this one?
- Are you using the regular cmd.exe console ?
