How's that actually different from the
#ifdef HAVE_FNMATCH
#include <fnmatch.h> <-- happens in fe-secure.c
#else
#define .... <-- happens in port.h
#endif
If HAVE_FNMATCH isn't set, we still have the same problem, no?
