heads up: wwwmaster now running 8.3 - Mailing list pgsql-www

Hi all!

FYI: wwwmaster is now running postgresql 8.3 so people hacking on the 
website code should test/develop against that version (or can expect 8.3 
to be the production database version in case new features are 
wanted/needed)
