Hi,
Sorry, I don't speak spanish, but if you can't connect to your
PostgreSQL server througth phpPgAdmin (ppa), we will need some more info.
What's error message ppa gives you ? Could you show us your pg_hba.conf ?
Does the role you are using to connect have rights to connect on
template1 ?
