I just installed postgres 8.3 on Windows XP and now find that my IDE
(Lazarus) does not find libpq.dll.
On investigation I found no libpq.dll file, just a libpq.lib file in the
lib subdirectory of the installation.
Has something hap[pened to libpq.dll or should I be generating libpq.dll
myself, and if so, how should I go about doing that?
