out of date urls on postgresql.org/docs/books/ - Mailing list pgsql-www

I was looking for some books on PostgreSQL, and noticed the links for 
the Dossier series return a 404, and http://www.ptf.com/ just mentions 
that the project was abandoned.

I googled the title and couldn't find anything other than references to 
ptf.com
