To enable the PLs, the following files must be in the path:

        ONEDLL("perl58.dll","HAS_PERL");
        ONEDLL("tcl84.dll","HAS_TCL");
        ONEDLL("python24.dll","HAS_PYTHON");
        ONEDLL("jvm.dll","HAS_JAVA");
