What about
RESET parameter
RESET { PLANS | TEMP | TEMPORARY }
RESET ALL { PARAMETERS | STATE }

RESET ALL would become an abbreviation of RESET ALL PARAMETERS (for backwards
compatibility), while RESET SESSION would be renamed to RESET ALL STATE.
