Ok, thanks to Devrim the new rpms for v. 1.6.2 for fc5 are available on 
the website.  One might have a little problem finding them because if 
you click on "RPM" on the left side of the pgadmin download page, 
"1.6.2" is not a choice.  You have to click on another version and then 
go back up one level to get the full list of release subdirectories.

Nonetheless, thanks to Devrim for the quick compilation and uploading of 
the new rpms.
